The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 15-2-55(a), line 1, immediately following the word “program” by inserting the phrase “and may, in collaboration with the Office of Drug Control Policy of the Department of Health and Human Resources and existing state government programs”

On page 1, section 15-2-55(b), line 4, immediately following the word “section” by striking the colon, and inserting the following “and who is not under arrest or the subject of a search warrant:”

On page 2, section 15-2-55(e), line 24, immediately following the word “from” by striking the words “criminal and”.
